Purchased by myself this summer from a good friend who enjoyed it for a couple of years until a new baby meant a bigger car was needed. She couldn’t bear to part with it so into dry storage it went! I undertook a full re-commissioning of the car to ensure it was fit and healthy before presenting it for an MOT test which it passed with no advisories.
The recommissioning involved the following….
Oil & filter, spark plugs, air filter, spark plugs, coolant replacement, cabin pollen filter and air conditioning re-gas.
All wear & tear items such as brakes/suspension/bushes etc checked and stripped/cleaned/lubricated or replaced where necessary.
The cherished number plate can stay with the car or be taken off prior to collection.
